The Yankee Clipper #14 is a different model of sled is often confused with other models due to similar designs. These sleds are popular for vintage decoration and winter activities. The Yankee Clipper #14 is typically around 60 inches tall. 

Between 1935 and 1949 the model name was displayed on the deck. After 1949, the series name and model were displayed on the undercarriage. Also after 1949, the numbers 37, 44, 55, and 65 were considered “Standard Models” with wider decks and straight sides.  This old sled is in good condition with nice patina, and would make an excellent decorative piece for many years to come, or could be used as it was intended. Measurements: The overall length is 57", the width not including the handle grips is 13-1/4", and the width of the handle bar is about 20".
